All Things Hair has huge business potential to drive significant value and premiumisation for the portfolio of brands in Beauty and Wellbeing. It is an asset with high media value and potential revenue streams / efficiencies.
Unilever has the ambition to transition the content and platform to All Things Beauty across our top markets, to become the champion of Purpose, Science & Desire - capturing consumer’s beauty inspiration needs through a greater publishing model, driving sales & revenue for Beauty & Wellbeing.

- Developing better performance reporting with our agency partners Kantar, GreenPark and NEEM
- Content calendar management & planning, aligned to category growth segments.
- where necessary, working with the brands managers (TRESemmé, CLEAR, Sunsilk,
Dove).
- Reporting and collating Consumer data and communicating performance to the
team.
- Liaising with internal team and support on the day-to day
- Support in crafting brand briefs for Beauty Tech projects
- Support in reporting on Beauty Tech Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for leadership
team meetings
- Help in profiling new technology partners and identifying opportunities for brands
- Day to day project management for BTech projects
