Enactus UK & Ireland Coaching Programme

Do you want to make real impact and help shape the next generation of responsible leaders? At Enactus UK & Ireland, we provide an experiential platform to develop your coaching and leadership skills whilst working with University students who are making a real difference in their community. Being an Enactus Coach is an opportunity for you to give back, have a positive impact and develop your own personal and professional skills all at the same time! Whether you join as a fully-fledged Coach4Impact or prefer a more flexible option as one of our "Dragon's" in our Coaching Clinics, we have an opportunity to suit you and your schedule.

COACHING CLINICS

The Coaching Clinics are an ad-hoc opportunity that takes place at regular intervals across the academic year and are managed by a registration process for each one. This will give coaches the opportunity to support an Enactus Project in a one-off virtual coaching experience, facilitated and supported by Enactus UK & Ireland. Coaching Clinics are a flexible approach to engaging with an Enactus project without committing to the full 7-month cycle of the Coaching Programme. On each clinic, as a "Dragon" you will have the opportunity to hear a student led-social enterprise pitch their ideas to create long term sustainable solutions on our environment. We want you to do a deep dive into the project you are paired with, asking probing questions to better understand the projects and their business models!

By registering for the coaching clinics, you will be sent details of each clinic as and when they are announced throughout the year! 

COACHING4IMPACT

This is our established Coaching Programme designed for a 7-month commitment in supporting a project or an Enactus team. This is your opportunity to create a long-lasting relationship and support students in creating outstanding social and environmental impact in their communities. Coaches are expected to join one monthly support network meeting hosted by the team/project they are assigned to, but as you might expect once coaches have caught the bug, they do much more than this! Our coaches are formally recognised by Enactus UK & Ireland for your efforts over the course of the Enactus year and celebrated at our Enactus Competition & Expo in April!
