As a leader in the car industry, Enterprise values employees who can take charge and guide their teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Leadership is a crucial skill as it will enable you to inspire, guide and influence others towards common goals. Effective leadership fosters collaboration, empowers team members, and enhances overall productivity. It also encourages innovation and adaptability, enabling you to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Challenge Examples

The examples below are only the Enterprises EDI initiative successes. To complete the challenge you must submit 3 successes and 3 development areas for Enterprises EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) initiatives.

Example 1: Success Areas

  1. Enterprise has proven that it is a workforce where women can thrive by consistently bagging the Times Top 50 Employer for Women 17 years in a row.

  2. A primary objective of Enterprise’s diversity and inclusion initiatives is to have a workforce that serves as a reflection of the communities it works in.

  3. The Enterprise business model is based on meritocracy, and therefore, all employees begin at the same starting point and work their way up.
