Enactus UK & Ireland are excited to announce the shortlist for our 2026 Awards! This is the time of year when we come together to celebrate and recognise the incredible work happening across our network - we are absolutely delighted to be able to showcase these achievements.

Our annual Stop Hunger Challenge, in collaboration with Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation and Wells Fargo, brought together student teams from across the UK and Ireland working to address food insecurity in their communities.

Ahead of the Enactus World Cup Qualifier, our Top 20 teams participated in a final coaching clinic designed to refine their storytelling, strengthen their impact narratives, and elevate their pitching skills.

After launching the Enactus x Stop Hunger Challenge back in February, together with Sodexo and Wells Fargo, we’ve selected nine youth-led social enterprises to take their ideas focussed on tackling food insecurity and accelerate them into impactful, scalable businesses with purpose.

We are announcing the Top 20 Qualifying teams from our Enactus World Cup Qualifier Rounds. After a week of the qualifying rounds across the UK and Ireland, we bring to you the best of student-led innovation.

We are thrilled to share that we are expanding our partnership with BDO to accelerate the development of our NextGenLeaders programme, which supports schools located in social mobility cold spots within the Yorkshire and Humber region.

We celebrate our Regional Qualifier rounds, where students have the opportunity to pitch their social enterprises to a panel of expert judges. A start in the student journey on to the Enactus World Cup 2026, which takes place in São Paulo, Brazil.

Enactus Liverpool visited the Magnit to deliver a showase on their two community driven projects. Here, they had the opportunity to recieve expert feedback from coaches on how to scale their impact and deliver an effective pitch.

We kick-off 2026 with the first intervention of the year from our Schools Programme, NextGenLeaders, The Project Development Day in Leeds. An action-packed day designed to help student teams refine their ideas and transform them into actionable social impact projects.

NACE (National Association for Able Children in Education), in partnership with York St John University and supported by the Institute for Social Justice’s VSCE-Academic Research Programme, hosted a session for teachers to preview upcoming research aimed at enhancing our understanding of provision for more able disadvantaged learners.

Our first coaching development session as part of our Coaching4Impact programme- connecting volunteers with students amd offering corporate volunteers a meaningful development opportunity.

This week, we delivered our November Coaching Clinics, bringing together over 15 Enactus teams and more than 25 volunteers to help our changemakers strengthen their projects through tailored expert support.

On 4 November, the BDO Leeds office became the pilot launchpad for the NextGenLeaders Volunteer Programme, kicking off an exciting initiative for BDO to work with local young people to champion social mobility.

York St John University’s Community Research in Practice: event brought together VCSE groups and researchers to share learning and insight. Our ongoing work with York St John University reflects this spirit, showing how youth-centred research can spark change.

This year’s, we hosted our Regional Impact Accelerators (RIA) across Nottingham, London, Newcastle and Dublin, bringing together over 130 Enactus students from over 40 universities across the UK and Ireland.

We are here to congratulate the TU Dublin Enactus team for their outstanding achievement! The recognition of ReFridge at the Green Gown Awards is a massive step on the right direction to our goal: to shape the next generation of responsible leaders.
