How To: Set up an Enactus Team

We are really glad that you are interested in setting up an Enactus team at your Institution. To support you in this journey, we have detailed a step-by-step process below which will guide you in taking the first steps to setting up your Enactus team. We can't wait for you to start your Enactus journey with us!

Process

STEP ONE: Initial discussion booked in with the EUK team to understand the program, commitment, and expectations.

STEP TWO: Identification of at least one primary University Advisor who will support the team on the ground – (min. 1 ideally 2-3) (see role description here)

STEP THREE: Recruitment of interested students for the required leadership positions- check with your SU and it is important that the students are not only final-year students.

STEP FOUR: Introductory meeting with UA’s and interested students where achievable goals and actions are agreed and target criteria accepted.

STEP FIVE: After a period of 4 weeks, a call will be held to review the outcomes of the targets. At this point, the Enactus UK team will decide if the team can be affiliated.

If yes – Enactus UK will send over an affiliation agreement to sign (with DocuSign), and once completed the team will be officially part of the EUK programme.
