Monday 7th April 2025

  • Watch the UK & Ireland's Top 20 Enactus teams demonstrate the impact of their projects. This is their crucial moment: competing for a place in the Top 4 and the chance to represent at the Enactus World Cup in Bangkok, Thailand!

  • Join the excitement at the Enactus Spark Final! See the Top 6 Spark projects pitch their innovative ideas live, with the chance to win mentorship and funding to turn their ideas into action.

  • An invite-only celebration evening hosted in collaboration with our partner Bentley Systems on the 43rd floor of Bishopsgate, overlooking an incredible London skyline.

    This special evening will celebrate the Enactus networks accomplishments and the collective success of our Enactus community, with fantastic networking opportunities alongside fellow nominees and attendees.

    Join us for a collaborative event bringing together both the Enactus UK & Ireland University Advisor network and the wider EEUK network.

    The session will be an opportunity for interested educators, researchers and practitioners to connect, collaborate and develop thinking around the role of Enterprise Education in driving Sustainability and a more equitable society for all.

    You will also be invited to join us at the wider Enactus UK & Ireland Expo which will be hosted in the same venue.

And of course, the moment you've all been waiting for... the highly-anticipated announcement of the Enactus UK & Ireland World Cup Qualifier 2025 winner! Witness the power of social enterprise and celebrate the champions driving positive change.

  • Do you have blue badge parking bays and where are they located? 
    The Excel has a number of blue badge parking bays that are spread across the car park (these are 5.90m x 3.60m).

    The under-venue car park has the following spaces:

    • Zone 2: 11 bays / Zone 3: 15 bays / Zone 4: 4 bays / Zone 8: 12 bays / Zone 9: 5 bays / Zone 13: 6 bays / Zone 14: 28 bays / Zone 15: 4 bays.

    Where are the disabled toilets?
    The disabled toilets are located at the following points:

    • Platinum Suite levels 2 and 3 (the nearest)

    • Between South Halls S9/S10

    • Between North Halls N10/N11 on level 0

    • At the back of the North Halls N4/S4

    • South Gallery level 2 and the dock edge on level 0

    • Prince Regent walkway

    • Level 0 at the east end of the venue

    • Capital Suite levels 2 and 3

    Are dogs permitted at Excel London?
    The Excel welcomes all Guide and Assistance Dogs. If you wish to advise the Excel of your planned visit, please contact info@excel.london.

  • Where can I claim my lost property?
    The Excel works closely with their teams to reunite you with your lost items. If you think you've lost something at Excel London, please contact lostpropertyenquiries@excel.london.

    Please be aware that once notified that lost property has been found, guests have up to 30 days to collect their item(s) before they are donated to a local charity.

  • Photography and Videography Notice
    Photography and videography may occur at Enactus UK & Ireland events. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in photos and videos for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos, please inform the event organiser at Enactus UK & Ireland before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preference.

    Content Usage Rights
    Enactus UK & Ireland values the contributions of each Enactus team. By attending and/or competing at our events, teams grant us permission to document the event, collect content, and share information about their projects. This may include using materials such as annual reports, scripts, presentation slides, and social enterprise project details for illustration, advertising, training, or other lawful purposes. We are committed to using this content respectfully and professionally. If you have any concerns about the use of your team's materials, please contact us in advance so we can discuss them with you.

  • Where is the cloakrooms located and is there a charge for using them?
    Venue cloakrooms are open during event hours and are provided complimentary. Our cloakroom is available on Level 1 of the Platinum Suite, just behind registration.

    Please note that the Excel are unable to store any items overnight and cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in cloakroom at any time.

    Is there a Multi-faith Prayer room?
    The Multi-faith Prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

    Where are the baby changing facilities?
    There are baby changing facilities on level 0 in both the male and female toilets in the boulevard. In the ICC area (The east end of the venue) the red blocks between S9/S10, N10/N11, the Prince Regent DLR east corridor and East Level 0, the baby change facilities are in the disabled toilets.

    The family room can be found by S9. Inside has two changing mats, chairs for breastfeeding, a bottle warmer and a microwave to heat up baby food. It also contains a sink and toilet.

    Can I charge my devices at the venue and how much does it cost?
    The Excel has power bank rental units spread throughout the boulevard (next to Venue Services and at hall entrances N4, N7 and S9). 

    You can rent a power bank for just £2.00 for the first hour and then it's capped at £4.00 per day. Return the power bank to any Joos unit in London. You also have the option to purchase a power bank outright for £30.00.

  • Is there free WiFi ?
    At Excel there is free WiFi suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, just sign in to '_Excel FREE Wi-Fi' using the standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or X.

  • Where is the first aid point?
    You can approach any of the Excel team who can help you with a medical emergency or go to level 0 on the boulevard and down the stairs by N4/S4.

    Where is the nearest pharmacist?
    There is a pharmacist on Freemasons Road, which is located on the other side of Custom House station.

    If you have an emergency, please find a member of the Excel team immediately.

  • Is there anywhere to refill my water bottle?
    Yes, there are four water refill stations located by the East and West Entrances as well as by the halls S4 and S7.

    There is also an extra water refill station on Level 2 of the Platinum Suite (on the 8th) by the stairs - please be mindful of everyone else attending and only take what you need.

    Where is the nearest supermarket
    Market Express is located by the Hall Entrance N10, there is a Tesco Express about 600m from the west entrance to the venue.
