Intro:
This placement is in the Shopper Marketing Team, within this role you will sit at the heart of the business, working closely with Customer Development and Brand Marketing to plan, deliver and execute brand activations which build Unilever brands and influence shoppers at point of purchase (Instore & Online).

  • • Support the shopper marketing team in delivering creative & insight led brand activation across our key customers.

    • Build relationships with brand & customer development teams.

    • Effectively plan shopper marketing campaigns, tracking activity plans and

    ensuring delivered on time & on budget.

    • Working closely with Shopper Creative Agencies to brief artwork aligned to

    campaigns and in line with retailer deadlines.

    • Evaluate shopper marketing campaigns, ensuring that learnings are shared

    internally, delivering on key KPI’s & return on investment.

    • Be the voice of the shopper, conducting store visits & online audits to understand

    how shoppers interact with brands & quality of execution

  • • An interest / passion for marketing, with experience of putting the customers/shopper at the heart of your decisions

    • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines

    • You will be a great communicator and enjoy building relationships with multiple stakeholder

    • You will have excellent written communication with attention to detail

    • A willingness to learn and develop new skills

    • PC Literate (MS including PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

    • Preferred studying towards Marketing, communications, or business-related

    degree.
