Summer Sprint: Accelerating Impact

Week 4: Communicating Your Project & Final Submission Prep

Catch Up & Recap

We’ve reached the final week of the Enactus Summer Sprint! This week is all about bringing everything together – refining your project and learning how to communicate it effectively for your final submission.

Your submission will determine which teams are selected to pitch for funding at the Summer Sprint Showcase, so this is your chance to showcase the incredible work you’ve done over the past four weeks.

This Week’s Focus

By the end of this week, you’ll be able to:

  • Collate all your progress from the programme into a clear and compelling submission

  • Understand what makes a strong project

  • Communicate your project effectively using the Enactus judging criteria

  • Submit additional resources (like your canvases, visuals, or a short video pitch) to strengthen your application

  • How do these interventions directly address the identified needs?

  • How will your interventions create sustainable positive impact?

4. Project Cost & Business Model

  • What are the estimated costs to run your project?

  • How will you generate revenue or funding to sustain your impact?

  • Which business model best supports your project? (e.g., Robin Hood model, tiered pricing, co-operative, pay-as-you-feel, etc.)

5. Measuring Success

  • How will you measure both short-term and long-term success?
