Personal Brand with Enterprise Mobility

During this session, Enterprise Mobility will be helping you to understand the importance of personal brand to help you successfully navigate a competitive job market. They say you create an impression within 3 seconds of meeting someone – what impression does your personal brand currently say about you? Also - Increasingly employers are turning to Linkedin when shortlisting candidates so in 2023 it is more important than ever to have a polished but authentic online brand to give you the edge over other candidates.
CV Design Thinking with Unilever

This session focuses on understanding the challenges in the graduate job market and how to adopt a design-thinking approach to build a best-in-class CV! Join Unilever for a session specifically designed to support you in creating impactful and punchy CV’s that grab the attention of hiring managers no matter what role you are applying for.
Video Interviews with British Airways

Virtual interviews can be a nerve-wracking stage of the application process for any job, but it doesn’t have to! During this session you will join a Talent Acquisition Specialist from British Airways to get the insider knowledge on what you need to do to put your best foot forward in a virtual interview. You will gain an understanding of how best to structure and frame your answers to showcase your experience and answer the toughest interview questions in a clear and concise way!
Assessment Centre Top Tips with BDO

In this session, BDO will give you the inside scoop on how to smash an assessment centre! With many competitive grad roles using assessment centres as part of their recruitment process, it’s crucial that you stand out for all the right reasons. BDO’s session promises to show you how to get noticed, and tell you just what recruiters are actually thinking.

This micro-internship is focused on solving real-world challenges through design thinking. You will collaborate with partners and fellow students, complete independent work, and attend 3 sessions throughout the 3 days.

You will submit your work at the end of the internship through a report, presentation, or video, and then reviewed by us and our partner companies. If you pass, you will gain a certification & badge of completion.

Whilst our Career Catalyst micro-internship are not a direct route to employment, it offers valuable networking opportunities, skill development, access to our Fast Track opportunities and connections with industry professionals that can enhance your employability.

Yes! Our Career Catalyst internships will be entirely virtual.

We recommend dedicating at least 3-4 hours per day over the three days. The programme will run with a mix of live sessions, independent work and interactive workshops.
While the programme is designed to accommodate university commitments, some live sessions may overlap with different timetables.

Yes! Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive a certificate and badge that you can add/share to your CV & LinkedIn profile.

Company assignments will be based on availability and which industries you are interested in. While we can’t guarantee that you’ll be paired with you top choices, we’ll do our best to match you with companies are similar.
