We wanted to make the Enactus UK Career Readiness Programme accessible to as many people as possible, therefore the program is completely free!

Upon enrolling in the program, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email acknowledging your enrolment & a link to access the programme. Please ensure to check your spam or junk folders as well, as sometimes emails may inadvertently land there.

In the event that you have not received a confirmation email or the link to access the programme, please reach out to our Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator at mdasilva@enactus.org.

They will be more than happy to assist you and ensure you have the necessary information to fully participate in the program.

You are more than welcome to enrol once the program has already begun! However, enrollment will close on the 1st of September.

Please keep in mind that joining after the program has begun means that you may have missed some of the live sessions. However, the recorded sessions will be available for you to watch at your convenience. You will still have the opportunity to complete the challenges associated with each session and submit them by the 8th of September 2023 to be eligible for the badges.

We wanted to make this programme accessible to as many people as possible, therefore the only requirements to enrol are that you are currently studying at University or have recently graduated.

This includes those studying for postgraduate degrees.

You will receive a certificate as well as an Enactus UK custom badge based on the number of challenges you have completed.

• Bronze Badge: 2 completed challenges.

• Silver Badge: 3 or more completed challenges.

• Gold Badge: 6 completed challenges.

• Platinum Badge: 7 completed challenges.

We wanted to make this programme accessible to as many people as possible, therefore, all sessions will be virtual.

We highly recommend joining the sessions live to fully engage and network with our partners and fellow students participating in the program.

We understand, however, that students may have prior commitments that prevent them from attending the live sessions. In such cases, we've got you covered!

Recordings of the sessions will be conveniently accessible on the Career Readiness Programmes webpage just 24 hours after the live session.

We strongly encourage you to take on all the challenges offered in this program to maximize your experience and benefits. The program has been thoughtfully designed to include tiered levels of badges, which are awarded based on the number of challenges completed:

• Bronze Badge: 2 completed challenges.

• Silver Badge: 3 or more completed challenges.

• Gold Badge: 6 completed challenges.

• Platinum Badge: 7 completed challenges.

While we highly encourage students to complete the challenges on a weekly basis, we understand the importance of flexibility in accommodating different schedules, therefore, you are welcome to work on the challenges at your own pace within the 6-week program duration.

However, please note that the overall program will conclude on the 8th of September 2023 at 3 PM. To ensure you receive the appropriate badge, it is crucial to submit all your challenges before this closing deadline.

Following each session, you will have the opportunity to engage in a meaningful challenge tailored specifically to the session's topic, aimed at enhancing your employability prospects. Here is a summary of the challenges:

• Week 1: CV Design Thinking with Unilever.
  Challenge: Revamp and submit an updated CV that showcases your skills and experiences.

• Week 2: Effective Communication/Personal Brand with Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
  Challenge: Seek feedback from individuals about your personal brand and submit their responses, helping you refine your communication skills.

• Week 3: Numerical + Verbal Reasoning with HSBC.
  Challenge: Complete a Numerical + Verbal Reasoning test and submit your results, strengthening your analytical and reasoning abilities.

• Week 4: Interview Skills with EY.
  Challenge: Record a video response to an interview question using the STAR technique, demonstrating your interview skills.

• Week 5: How to sell your Enactus experience with Amazon/BIC.
  Challenge: Post a compelling LinkedIn post highlighting the valuable skills you have developed through your experience, providing concrete examples.

• Week 6: Navigating EUK Partners with Enactus UK.
  Challenge: Research three partners affiliated with EUK and compile information about the career opportunities they offer, expanding your knowledge of potential paths.

• BONUS Session: "Backpack to Briefcase" Panel with British Airways.
  Challenge: Compose a message to your future self, outlining three key takeaways to remember from the panel discussion.

Absolutely! By actively participating in the sessions throughout the program, you will not only gain valuable knowledge and employability skills but also have the incredible opportunity to network with our partners who are hosting these sessions.

The program is scheduled to run for a duration of 6 weeks, starting from the 24th of July and continuing until the 31st of August. During this period, engaging sessions will take place on a weekly basis.

To ensure that all participants have ample time to complete their challenges, we have set the closing date for the program on the 8th of September at 3 PM. This extended deadline allows everyone to finalise and submit their completed challenges, giving everyone a fair opportunity to participate fully and receive the appropriate recognition. Make the most of this timeframe to maximize your engagement and make a lasting impact through the program!
