Challenge Brief
BDO UK, like other employers, are dedicated to fostering an agile, flexible way of working. Every year we welcome a new intake of Trainees into our business to study and train towards their professional accounting qualification. We want our new graduates and school leavers to be set up for success, to learn from their tutors, seniors and from each other. Ensuring sufficient exposure to collaboration and established subject matter experts to support their learning and the creation of their own professional network.
